Refund policy

Returns 
If you receive an item which is defective or damaged, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase. Any item for which you request a refund or exchange must be returned to us within 15 business days of delivery. Any items not received by us within 15 business days will not be eligible for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item which is not in its original condition; damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may only be eligible for a partial refund.  

Process for Returns
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. If you are approved for an exchange, a replacement item will be shipped to you within the timeframes outlined at our Shipping Policy.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card provider or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is visible in your account or statement.  
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gaircollections.art@gmail.com and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as we possibly can.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded: sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, and this item is defective or damaged, please follow the procedure set out in the Returns above, and you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a registered mail service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
